Kazakhstan is very popular with investors because of its wealth of natural resources and its successful macroeconomic stabilisation. The country has a well-developed legal and regulatory framework which supports market reforms. A significant part of the report is devoted to the legal aspects of doing business in Kazakhstan, and it covers the structure of the different branches of power – legislative, executive, and judicial. An overview of the structure of the Government and the major ministries if also included.
