On the Almaty Financial Instrument Exchange (AFINEX), the Dollar was traded between 80.90 at the beginning of the week and 81.25 at the end of the session on Friday 9 October, when the traded volume reached a maximum of USD 12,530,000.
Deutsche Marks were traded on Thursday 8 October. The traded volume was quite modest—DM 15,000.
