Mr. Pinto is responsible for the protection and promotion of Mexican Interests including consular affairs and relations with the financial, business and cultural communities, as well as the media and think-tanks. He has lectured at institutions including the Council on Foreign Relations, the Council of the Americas, Columbia University, Yale and Brown universities, the Reuter Forum and the National Foreign Trade Council. Mr. Pinto is a tenured professor of Political and Social Sciences at UNAM, providing instruction in constitutional law, economic development, and legal framework for the media.
